It does not have any pin holes from attachment, but it is somewhat wrinkled, and laso has age toning and two large stains, so we believe it may have been worn. It measures approximately 15" x 4 1 8", and is sewn together at the ends. The band is red with a white center stripe that is machine stitched seamlessly onto it.
